Can anybody send me a link of a page where I can get a swap disc for the xbox console?

Sorry but a swap disk only works for ps2. To play backups on the xbox you'll need to mod it with a chip or exploit (soft mod), load a dash and some apps. Then you can use dvd2xbox to back the games up to the hdd or ftp them to your pc and burn a backup disk.
