Useing DVD decrypter burn gets to 39% Help

I am new to burning DVD ps2 games and need help. Every time i try to burn and Iso image i just made it wont work. only gets to 39% the stops with Error!

I have used decrypter and have had no problems. I am trying to back up 2 dvds and shrink does the job and then I get an error message in decrypter. Both movies. The error reads:
I/O error
Device [1:1:0] Plextor dvdr px-712 1.03(E) (ATA)
SCSI Status 0x02
Interpretation- check condition
CDB:2A 00 00 14 D5 C0 00 00 20 00
Interpretation Write (10) sectors: 1365440-1365471
Sense Area
Interpretation : Command Sequence Error

I checked all my settings against the guides and they all seem to be fine. I am using GO-4's media.
Can anyone help??
