I'm fairly new to swap magic and I haven't found a guide on how to use the swap magic boot cd to play a pal dvd-r on a ntsc ps2 and tv. How do I go from using the swapmagic cd to playing a dvd-r? Thanks for the help. I searched this forum but didn't find a list of the steps.

you can play PAL on NTSC but your tv does not support PAL system because the PAL use i think 50hz as to NTSC 60hz and if you try playing yout will get flicker so dont bother trying there is a PAL to NTSC patcher but it work alright not 100% so i said dont bother

It was my understanding that with swap magic you could change the games from 50hz to 60hz or vice versa. Can you not do this with swapmagic?
