If i run nero scandisc on a dvd i've burned, and the filescan is 100% and the surface scan is 100% does that mean the disc is 100% perfect? any other factor i ought to be aware of?

do you mean the burned game? it might say its perfect but thats just because it burned alright. it should be alright but you won't know until you try it.
