With backing up ps2 dvd games, dvd decrypter will not burn at a 1x. I am using TYG02 disks that are dvd-r 8x.

ur burner probably doesn't support TYG02 disks at 1x

im using a benq 1620.

With Alcohol 120% i have the option of 2.4x but when i select it, it wont burn at that speed, it will burn at 10-12x. The media I use is TYG02 which is 8x media.

it might be the media, btw 8x media usually cause trouble for backing up games
