Yes you can. I did it. I suggest Itools because it runs the whole process and all you have to do is choose like in four options. It's by far the easiest way to mod.

Pretty much anyting you will ever need can be found on #xbins.
(waits 5 seconds.....)What is #xbins you ask? It is a channel on a program called mIRC. Google for that program and download it. When it askes what server you want to join, pick EFnet. Then a box will show up asking what channel you want. Type in #xbins. Then click on the bot with the name @xbins. Then type !list in his private message window. Then he will give you an address, user ID, and password for you to FTP to. Just open up your regular FTP client, enter in the info and then you have access to everything you could ever need.
