DBZ: Budokai 3 Problems -plz help-

Ok, I burnt the ISO of Budokai 3 (4.33 gigs) using alchohol 120% v. 1.9.2. I burned the game at 4x, game didn't work, then I tried again at 2x, and it still didn't work. The problem when the game is that it is in black and white, and the screen flickers very fast and is offset. I have no clue what the problem is. if someone could get back to me it would help, thanks.

Canada, so the PS2 is US

Canada and the U.S. use the NTSC video signal. The game you have is PAL. Try patching it to NTSC. Follow this guide.
