No two players on the HDAdvance?????????????

Why can't I play two players off of my HDD using HDAdvance have two dual shock 2 controllers and have a V7 Ps2. I can't play MK Deception DVD and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 CD only on one player and not versus. I tried installing them while both controllers are installed any help pls I really wanna play against my cousins thx in advance.

what do you use HDloader CD or HDloader from MC? Memory card exploit or DVD purchased from website??
