used decryptor .... worked fine...when i went to shrink, couldn't find the file. did a search and it says it is in c:\...but browsing thru shrink, it isn't there, going thru windows explorer there it is, can't find it thru shrink......i always let decryptor make it's own folder...any suggestions?...rebooting?...starting over??

I had this problem just last week. Try going through C:/ ect. and when you get to the file double click on it. Mine did the same thing, and when I double clicked it shrink auto started. Hope this helps

that is it...can't find the file..the only way to fine the file in C:\ is to do a search,..
