Afer I burn a movie using DVD shrink 3.1, If I try to burn anotgher move i get "not disc" when I click on "open disc". If I go to "my computer and try to click on my "H" drive which is my dvd/cd drive I get error to "please insert disk". I usually have to reboot to start over. Is there something running in the background causing this or what?
