i get red and green lights and was wondering is the chip bad, because i've checked the soldering over and over, plus will it work with the red and green lights

if u got a 1.6 xbox and a xenium solderless chip then thats the problem solderless xeniums dont work on 1.6 xboxes and if u dotn have that chip and xbox version then its bcuz u flashed bad bios partially flashed or corrupted so ure chip can be trown away or check the soldering points
