Sorry cant help you with your problem but have run into a very similar problem myself just this morning.

Have been using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink for some time without any real problems. I have done approx. 20 - 30 movies. I tried for the first time to make a backup of a PS2 game (Resident Evil - Code Name: Veronica) when I encountered the following after reading the disc.

I/O Error

Device: [1:2:0} LITE-ON DVDRW LDW-451S GSB9 (E:)

ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 2A 00 00 00 00 10 00 00 10 00
Interpretation: Write(10) - Sectors 16 - 31

Sense Area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 2C 00 00 00 00 00
Interpretation: Command Sequence Error

Does anybody have any ideas?

My system specs are:
AMD Duron 1300
256DDR 266 Ram
K7S5A Mobo
Creative Live 5.1
GeForce4 MX440
40GB HDD
Windows XP/Windows 98SE Dual Boot System
