Hi I am using Matshita auj-820s dvd multidrive. But I dont know it can support dual layer dvd media for burning?. Please advise me.

well first question is .........does the drive have double-layer recording capability?

should state this on the box at least.

You could try putting the make and model in a Google search.

this comes alon with my Toshiba Notebook Tecra M2. So I dont see anything on the notebook box.

Any idea?.

Just checked the Toshiba site for you. The multi-drive supports CD ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, and DVD-RAM. The super multi-drive supports all that plus DVD+R, and DVD+RW. There's no mention of DVD+R DL so I don't think I don't think your drive supports dual layer.
