i was wondering if it was possible to burn a decrypted dvd from the dvd rom drive without having to load it on to my computer?

If it's not encrypted you can just do a disc to disc copy, but depending on the speed of your computer, what processes you have running, whether the burner and reader are on the same IDE channel, and probably a couple of other things I'm forgetting it may or may not work correctly (ie without errors).

Do you mean copying on the fly? If so, this can be risky. I tried it recently with Nero recode2 & I, robot. It worked a treat.
