I downloaded a .avi file and when I played it, there was only sound and no pic. In Window Media Player on the properties, it said something like mp3 layer ??? I am so confused, as I am sure I have a .avi file. Have anyone has any similar problem and got it resolve ? I appreciate very much if someone can provide me with a resolution other than telling me to download the movie again.

DL and install the lame mp3 codec. its free and the best.
