Updating my Nero. What's the difference between

NERO BURNING ROM ULTRA EDITION 6.6.0.3 and
NERO BURNING 6.6.0.3 ULTRA EDITION.

Is one better than the other? Again, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I am totally guessing here, but I would say since they are the same version numbers they are the same. Maybe one comes off of a cd and one is downloaded. Again, I just purchased Nero myself.
