do you have to activate the CSS decryption
Sorry, I can't help you on that . . .

Are you sure that DVD Cloner has a ripper ? I thought it was like most proggys and lacked the ripper.

Let me know on that, OK ?

Cheers,

As far as I know it does. When I bought it from their website and searched reviews both said that it has CSS encryption preinstalled. However when I put a CSS disc in to copy it will not. Plus their service sucks it is all through e-mail and they give the same damn reply for every question just worded slightly different.

AnyDVD does and it is has the latest copy protection fix. It's updated as soon as a new type is found.

It's the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the $$$$ AnyDVD does them all -

For FREE DVD Decrypter only misses the newest protection called Settec ALPHA-DVD.

Sometimes you have to wait for a "patch" (called a PSL list) to come out and then the newer encryptions are taken care of - - -

BUT for $39.99 (USD) AnyDVD keeps your ripper up-to-date and all you have to do is download their updates.

I have both and experience no problem at all with any discs.

AnyDVD's 21-day free trial -

Wow really so it takes care of the copyright protection and it only costs 40.00 dollars thats great. I paid 59.99 for DVD Cloner II and it is a piece of crap. I will definitely be getting a refund and getting that program. Thanks for the suggestion. How easy is it to use? And how many steps does it take? --ImpalaSS

AnyDVD is as easy to use as it can be . . .

It works in the background, requiring you to do nothing. When you put a disc in your drive AnyDVD will rip it "automatically." You have only to pickup the files with whatever proggy you wish, analysize, encode, compress and burn them to disc. Even DVD ClonerII will work with files whose encryption has been removed -

Try the 21-day trial and see how you like it . . .

Cheers,

Pete

@ScubaPete

You seem to be quite active with helping newbies, but at the same time you are just as active to flame them, is this how you make youself feel better and more important?

You carry on like you own this forum, you think you are Admin or a Moderator from what I read in your posts, sorry to disappoint you Pete but you are just a regular member with no more rights in this forum than any other member, but dont worry, keep trying to rack up posts and you might just eventually get that elusive Mod position that you are obviously striving to achieve, good luck.

Whatever
