Using both HD Advance and Codebreaker 9?

Is it possible to use Codebreaker and then proceed to load a backup from the hard drive with HD Advance and still be able to use cheats from the codebreaker? These are both disc loaders so I am not sure how this works, but if anyone knows, can you please reply?

load code breaker cd first.
select codes.
swap cd with hdadvance cd.
hdadvance screen should come up with games in list.
play the game with previously selected codes.
enjoy cheating on games.

i can't personally say if CB9 will work. my 4.0 and 8.1 worked just fine with it. but i do no have 9. i have no problems with my versions. so you shouldnt either.
