My dvd movie freezes

I burn with dvd shrink and I'm using benq as my dvd/rw.After burning half way through the movie it freezes.Whys is that.Please can someone help me.

You may have a heat problem, check all your fans, the CPU works hard to do these proccess's and your symptom sounds like heat.
I could be wrong, but that's my first line of checking if it were me.

What media,brand name and format, are you trying to burn?

What program are you using to burn?

Dvd shrink has no burn engine.

How fast are you burning?

If you have a heat issue,it should shut down while you encoding and deep analyzing because your processor is running 100%.

If you are using poor quality media and burning it too fast, it can do many different things to you.

We need more info, also pc specs and any other burning ripping software you have.
