DOES ANYONE HAS A CLUE OF HOW MANY DVD'S OR HOW MANY HOURS OF BURNING LIFE DOES A BURNER HAS APPROX?
I WONDER WHEN DO WE KNOW THAT IT'S TIME TO CHANGE THE DRIVE FOR A NEW ONE???????
I HAVE PURCHASED THREE DVD BURNERS AND NOT ONE SAYS ABOUT HOW MANY HOURS OF BURNING IT HAS!
ANY CLUES?

Depends on your brand of DVD Burner, like mine, it has a life of 70,000 hours, now thats a lot of burning!!
I'm supprized it's not in the specs of your burner as I'm sure it would have to give you some indication.

If you go there respective web sites and look up the specs of the model burner you then it should be there.
Mine came with the burner, but I have also checked on their web site as well.
But rest assurred, they will last a long time,I doubt that I will ever use 70,000 hours worth.......lol.
