Whats the best/quickest software for downloading torrents?
I currently use the original torrent software by Mr Cohen (I think thats his name). But it uploads twice as fast as it downloads and takes ages to download stuff. Any suggestions???

I personally use a program called Azureus. Its open source, programmed in java (that means it will run on virtually any operating system). This program probably won't help with your speeds (there is a chance, as it handles network connections differently). However, it will more than likely offer you some insight to what is causing your problem.
