problem is when I try to start making a copy of a dvd I get an error that says : error occured reading sectors! Data : 1/0....Im new to this...just got a dvd burner and a copy of dvd x copy platinum for christmas....and dont know how to get past this error..can anyone help me...???

If the error is as its reading the original, I would check the dvd for dirt, damage or finger prints. You should also post X copy posts in the X copy forum here.
