I've just baught the new slim ps2 and Ive became interested in burning ps2 games.

I was wondering if it was better to buy a Slide Card (Swap Magic : http://www.modchipstore.com/PS2_Slide_Card_and_Swap_Magic_v33_33_Combo-p-16158.html)

or a ModChip (http://www.modchipstore.com/Official_DMS4_Lite_ModChip_for_Playstation_2-p-16195.html)

I would also apreciate if someone briefly told me how these two work, the pros and cons about each and if they would work with the slim ps2.

Yeh i got one aswell.

heres my opinions

If you bought it from a shop that constantly had its stock depleted around 10/12-25/12 you will probably have a 'Good' pstwo lazer that wont burn out so i would get a modchip, but if its a pos lazer one i would swapmagic till it breaks so u can get a warranty.

Most of the super pstwo stuff i think could be a urban myth but im gonna wait for this whole thing to fold out.
