Problems burning DVD using NVE 3

I'm not only new to this site but new to burning as well. I have an older pc (AMD K7 600Mhz 128Mb RAM with about 12Gb free space). I have captured video from my miniDV into MPEG2 format. When I try to add the video file to my project to burn, it pops with a window that says "analyzing media files, please wait" and basically just locks up the program when it reaches 90% completion. I have tried 2 different captured video files with no luck. I have verified that the videos can be played back on my pc successfully. Thanks for any help you can provide.
