hi, i have a version nine ps2 and should i get my ps2 moded because my friend said that modchip destroys the lens of the ps2.

A lot of things can go wrong
And your warrenty is voided
I use swap magic and have done
20+ dvd+r backups on my v7
No modchip/no soldering
