Ok i've read the guides for avis and all that, so I do kinda know whats going on.

I've been using cucusoft avi to dvd program to convert the avi's to mpeg, theres 13 episodes on the disk and each episode takes like 6 hrs to converts. So far i've done 2, but my question is, am i doing this correctly? I don't wanna spend another 70 hrs doing this if its not gonna work in the end. The program recommended in the guide, wouldn't load the avi's for me, so i found this program instead.

Once converted, each episode goes from around 300 mb, to about 900 mb, obviously at 900 mb all these episodes arent' gonna fit on one disk. So how exactly am I gonna get the 13 episodes on 1 disk?

Thanks for your help

you will have to use a video editing program
that time is right, it takes a long time to convert from AVI to mpeg

also, they all won't fit on one disc unless you shrink them
looks like only 4 will fit uncompressed

I am using VSO DIVX to DVD to convert DivX AVI to DVD and it works pretty good. You can download the trial version, pre-beta from:

http://www.vso-software.fr/download.htm

Then use DVD Shrink to burn one DVD

you can try but the quality will be degraded
you will have to see how it turns out
the quality is not the greatest to start with after being compressed to AVI and then decompressed to mpeg anyway
