I am wanting to edit my DVD movies to "clean up" some of them so some of my other family members can watch them. What is a good & EASY program to use to be able to do that?

Alcohol 120$. DVD Shrink. Nero. it really depends on what your computer can handle on by using these programs may not like it or not

Those programs can actually edit the video itself? I thought they were just used for copying and burning. I want to be able to take out parts of the movie and change things in it.
