I need to know what type of DVD to record to.

I don't know what type of drive my xbox has, and I also know that almost every xbox is different.

I know I saw a guide that showed what kind of drive you had, and what dvd ( + or - ) it liked better.

Thanks for all help.

I think the minus is better and ritek g04 or verbatim are reliable. I use princo at 4x burns without a problem.

The "-" DVD's usually work on more systems then the "+" since "-" was the original format.. My suggestion is to try different dvd's until you find one that works.. I use the Maxell +R's from Walmart.. Pretty cheap, but I have never had a problem. Only burnt 1 coaster EVER.. and that was my fault.. hehehe
