Copied files to HD instead of copy...possible to burn and make work?

Instead of just doing a copy in nero, to save time I copied the ps2 game to my hard drive. Then I burnt it to nero, as DVD-ROM, and when I try to load it now with the swap magic discs, the screen turns pink. Is there anything I can do with the files I have on my HD, or do I need to do a full copy of the game? Thanks.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

You need a copy not what you did.
