How can I save my DVDs onto my PC such that I can then download them to a Portable Media Centre (Creative ZEN PMC)?

I should say, I have downloaded DVD Decrypter and ripped a movie onto my hard drive. I ended up with a .ISO and a .MDS file. I am not sure what to do next to be able to view on my PC (e.g. through Windows Media Player) and then ultimately download onto the PMC.

Have also downloaded DVD Shrink. Have used this to encode the files I ripped with DVD Decrypter. I now have a Video_TS and an Audio_TS folder. How can I watch the movie on my PC and download to my PMC now? Thanks.
