I just downloaded this software and it copies the movie but when I put the dvd in to copy I get a message, burning failed and then it ejects dvd. I have a sony dvd+rw DW-P50A dvd on my laptop. I am using a dvd+rw 4.7gb 120 minute, 4x dvd. Is there something I am doing wrong.

im using clone dvd2 and get an error it reads the movie in 40 minits and the when it wants to burn it says

writing to video dvd was not successfull
write dvd 10 5
