Hi, I am using ritek tango g05 media. It is rated at 4x but I want to burn at 1x as player seems to have trouble with discs burned at a higher speed. In Nero before disc is inserted I have the option of 1x but after inserting disc it changes to only 4x,6x or 8x. How can I get it to burn at 1x? Maybe if I selected 1x before inserting disc and hit burn and then insert disc, that would work? Thanks in advance! :)

there is nothing wrong with burning at 4x. If your player is having problems it's most likely the process or the media.

I guess if you had to slow things down you could put your drives in PIO mode ... but that is not recommended.
