When i was buying my burner today i was going to pickup the Pioneer 108 but the guy at the store told me the NEC is better even though the Pioneer was 15 $ more.

For what im doing ( ps2 games ) is he right? is nec the better brand?

btw.. i bought the nec

actually, pioneer is probably better and you could have gotten either one a lot cheaper online ($60-$70)
