I've seen them sometimes too...I believe they are like the flood, because I only saw the when the flood where near me or near by...

They could be flood or maybe they are just covenant animals like the birds on delta halo or the fish in some levels. The equivalent of our cockroaches or something

No there is no flood in the level Gravemind, so they must be covenant "cockroaches" like andy2000 said.

In the Gravemind level outside the marine cell blocks, theyre crawling round on the flood, theyre little flat green bug things. And its true there is no flood in the level you see them in.
A lot off topic but is anyone here from Australia apart from me?

Um I love to get on top of ascension in slayer games with my buddys. We get both sniper rifles up there and just sit there and wait for them to come up. As soon as thier head pops up we blow it up and watch the body fall all the way down!!! :):):):) HAHAHAHA! Oh yeah and bungie jumping is fun!!

I have a question, anyone feel free to answer this as best you can.
I hear that Bungie already completed halo 3, they just want the hype to build up about it. I heard that they will announce it and release all in this year. I think this may be true. I saw something in this forum that revealed the halo 3 plot. i did not read it. Is that the Halo 3 plot? But, i would like to know if there is any truth to halo 3 being relaesed this year.

I don't know if you visit the bungie.net forums but if you read the Weekly whats up 2 weeks ago it said that Bungie was nearing completion on their next project, whatever that may be,and there would be more on it in about a month or two, it could be Halo 3, but it seems too early, maybe somthing else. In time magazine Bill Gates said that Halo 3 would come out about the time the PS3 does(around June 06). Bungie doubled their staff around the time they finished Halo 3 so I guess it's possible they could have been working on two projects, whatever one they are about announce and Halo 3. Does anyone else get the feeling that Microsoft is pushing and rushing bungie to put out Halo 3 and Bungie is wanting to take it's time and put out Halo 3 later?
And about hearing about the Halo 3 storyline, don't believe everything... well don't believe anything you hear about it. I must have heard 80 ppl who say they have an inside connection with bungie and say false Halo 3 info, all of them having a completly diffrent story. Don't listen to em, they just lying to get attention. Well, hope this helped. Whew! My longest post ever.

I have been thinking about this for a long time, and although it hurts to criticize Halo 2 because it is one on my favorite games of all time even I have to admit that a couple parts of the game are pretty ridiculous. Like the cutscence between Cairo station and Outskirts, the one where the cheif blows up the ship. I mean he doesn't even look out the window before jumping out into space somehow landing onto a covanent ship in the middle where he can plant the bomb, escape, and then land onto a human ship that Miranda and Johnson are on. While watching this scene I just had to laugh at how far-fetched it was. And the scene before Delta Halo where he and the Marines drop in onto Halo, ok they fall out of a ship in space and have this one puny little parachute that lasts for about two seconds, then falls off about 5 miles from the surface, and then it shows the pods making a soft landing on the ground!?!! Whats up with that? Does anyone else agree with me.

DO any of you know how to keep people from wall glithing on Halo2 on the multiplayer level lockdown. Cause certain people be kickin my ass when they wall glith.(studpid punks always wall glith)

Halo takes place in the year 2552 which is about 500 years from now hmmm... I think that by this time are technology will be far more advanced then Halo. Theres isnt really that many technological advances in the halo series and to think humans are still using projectile weapons I wouldve thought people would at least have palsma or phaser guns by this time. Doesnt any one here agree?

what do you mean by wall glitching?
For anybody else out there with live, Ive heard people saying bungie is going to reset the stats when they introduce the new matchmaking types. I just read the weekly update again and it didnt mention anything like that. Is this just a rumor

DONT FORGET HOW MANY HALO rings u saw at the end of halo2 the weapons are still old because bungie wants to make this feel really armyish that is better because covernant are more religious and are a lot of races they are more advanced, and people are starting to SAY ITS NOT HALO3 ITS HALO ZERO AND BASED BEFORE HALO 1 ON REACH from the story. At the beggining of halo zero its the end of halo 2 what happened to masterchief and halo zero is about reach: THESE ARE ONLY ROMURS.
