the cons to the beam rifle: you can only pop off a good two shot burst before it overheats although it has no relaod time the human sniper rifle is semiautomatic and you can pop off a good 4 shot burst but then youu have to reload some people find it easier to trace the shot of the beam rifle because it is a purple/pink flash although the human sniper rifle leaves the smoke trail a little longer, I think

a pelican is cool and all but i see no purpose of it in campaign. maybe multi u can drop of ur team thru air or something. i think bungie would be wasting their time tryin to fit that in.

I dont think that they would be wasteing time lol. Its like picking someone on xbl to be the sniper in essance. U have to (if Bungiee follows Mechassault 2 with the VTOLS) drop cargo, tanks,warthogs,and fallen spartans back to the battle field all in the blink of an eye lol. If they do add the pelicans I hope they add the Hornet pelican, the one with the missle launchers:-p
The one vehical I think would be a huge waste would be a scarab. I mean sure it is powerful but i dont think I would like to play in a game with it. Sure maybe a king of the hill with thte scarab being the hill in cool but anyother id say is a waste.
Halo 3, I think will have one of the most Kick arses storyline to date of any game (w/ the exception of a very select few). Like i said b4 i would be ubber poed if they in the end have to activate the halos lol.

im dead serious, the pelican is gona b a usable vehicle on halo 3, its gona work perfectly since the first 2 halos had a glaring lack of transport vehicles to compete with games such as battlefield 2. the pelican will complement the new, larger maps in halo 3 perfectly

i think that the pelican may only be in halo 3 for just a specific level where you are on the gunner seat but i doubt the pelicann will be an actual vehicle

yea i agree. unless bungie is making levels about triple the size of coag then there would be no reason to have a pelican. and y would halo 3 be competing with batlefield 2. im mean its a great game and all but im sure 9 outta 10 ppl would by halo 3 over battlefield 2 regardless if it had a pelican or not. the reason there r not many transport vehicles in halo 2 is because there is no need for them. besides a Warthog would be way more fun to drive than a pelican.

hay not to be offensive but, Jr24 i think your liein bout the coagulation protal, ur friend might have made a mod.

has only bout 10 day before deadline(couldnt be bothered counting precisly)
and ya now that i think bout it, palican would be a bad idea to be flyable vehical for MASTER CHIEF, cause its just a waste of space and time for bungie, and instead of upgrading the palican they could have made new types of warthogs and i think that halo 3 would have some sort of human flying demon(similar to the banshee)(a human flying vehical)

I just won an Xbox 360 off Mountain Dew. Awesome!
When I finally get it (the Saturday before public release)I might try to mod my old xbox. It will be interesting to learn more about the modding for games like Halo and Halo 2.
