yeah i didnt think it was true.
hey im only just starting to realise the size of everything in halo. like the needler, i never knew how huge it was, its like way bigger than the chiefs head. and the elites, im australian so i never really knew exactly how big feet and inches were but now i checked the elites and grunts are huge. the grunts look small but they are acctually quite big.
Another thing, has anyone read the transcripts on HBO. thet are full of info.

Hey does ne body know if there are ne mp maps that u can unlock in Halo 2 besides Foundation, i dont have XBL. (yet) Ive heard there are more, is this BS or are there really. plz reply.

only the new ones bungie is makin. there are no more you can unlock except foundation.
yeah i guess it doesnt prove it but it just makes it seem more true.
i just watched indiana jones again and i noticed some things i missed the first time, here they are
-we all know the stuff about the names like the arc of the covenant and stuff but there were some names that relate to halo i missed,eg.
-they find the arc in cairo, just like cairo station on halo, a bit far off but.. oh well
-the real arc of the covenant is supposedly now in africa near new mombassa, just where the halo arc is and where the covvy landed
- the had to find the map room in order to find the location of the arc, just like the halo map room
and some other stuff i now forget. all these things are in there because they are all religious things. you may have already heard these but i found them cool! :D

That makes alot of sence. U have to think about it now because all this cant just be a coincidence and/or halo lovers crazy minds thinking up far fetched stuff can it. I think bungie did all this for a reason. hmmm

I dont think The Halo seris has anything to do with Indiana Jones or the Bible. Bungie just used a bunch of words that have to do with religion because the covi are very religios, and they just want to add a certian kind of mythical/mysterios feel to the games. I dont think in the end that Halo 3 will have any parralels to the Bible or Indiana Jones or anything else cause they want it to be original. But i guess we will just have to wait till H3 comes out wont we.

it was the Radiers of the Lost Arc.
cool movie. yeah bungie wouldnt put all this stuff in there for no reason and its no coincidence either. i think halo 3 and/or the next novel and/or halo movie, (i hope), will explain a lot.
and im pretty sure im getting the novels for my birthday on sunday, its so hard to find them in australia, something about a dispute with the publishers, oh well.

You have to play co-op. It doesn't matter what difficulty. The second player MUST be new. get to the part where you fly the banshee's. The new file can't do any tricks, bombs or boost until a tutorial(a rectangle that tells you stuff)when it says how do whatever it says do it, then go beat the rest of the level. The new player's profile should have foundation. This has worked for me three times now.

Stop with the foundation. its not that great of a level neways. and everything u guys r sayin u have to do i didnt do ne of it. all ive done is beat halo on the normal difficulty. Just went one level at a time. i wasnt paying attention to all the details i just killed every1. And guesss wat? Ive GOT foundation.

yeah foundation isnt that great, its so small.
i dont even know what i did to get it. the first thing i did when i got halo 2 was beat it on easy, some by myself and some with my cousin on mp co-op. then after i beat it i went into multiplayer mode and it was there. i dint even know it was a secret level cos it was just always there. i thought everyone had it but now i know its a secret one.

Jr24 shutup just because you don't like it that much i do and i play it all the time with my friends thats why i want it. small levels are fun. Colton that doesn't work for me i have tried it like 10 times and it didn't work FOR ME, i might have worked for you but its not for me.

Ok im am sick of space being wasted on how to get foundation, and peoples problems in getting it. In Halo 3 i want to see alot more open space, where u can dive vehicles and arnt cramped. I HATED the second to last level in HAlo 2. It was too dark and small, and the flashlight seemed like it was powered by a triple A battery. I want much less flood and more of the covenant. And i dont know if this is posible but id rather just play as the MC, no arbitor. Oh yeah and i want H3 to FINISH the story.

yeah, some good ideas but in the second last level of halo2 they couldnt have made it much bigger then you wouldnt have the feel you were inside the covvie homeworld. and yeah there could have been more light.
i want halo 3 to be more like halo 1. i dont know what it was about it but it felt like there was acctually something big taking place and you were right there in the middle of it, its hard to explain. i just think halo 1 had a better feel than halo2 and thats what i want halo 3 to be like

In Halo 3 i think the most important thing to me is no bosses. Why did bungie implement bosses into Halo, its just cheap for a game like halo. i also want to see levels like AOTCR and Halo from Halo 1. They had objectives however in Halo 2 I'm not sure if there is even one objective similar to halo 1. Graphics, ok they are good but not when the are to the detriment of game play like halo 2, because the graphics were so good this meant that there wasn?t enough power for the Xbox to run it properly, so cuts in the storyline had to be made. The Arbiter, just WHY????, yes we get a sense about what the covenant are like as a race, but did we need this in halo 1 for it to be a good game, no. i liked the mysteriousness of the covenant, the "covenant chatter on the com links" none of this was in Halo 2 because Cortana's technology was better, therefore it was more predictable again the game play suffered here. The monitors, 343 guilty spark was i feel a brilliant part of halo 1 because he was, like the covenant mysterious. he had information that the humans or covenant didnt know, but in Halo 2 we rarely get a glimpse of the monitors 2401 penitent tangent was only in one scene if i remember correctly, so we didn?t get any where near the information that we learned about 343 guilty spark, the MONITORS of halo. I mean what could be more important about exploring the halos, em the people that govern it maybe? Overall i think Bungie needs to get their act together if they are going to make Halo 3 soon. Halo 2 felt like a rushed project that had no thought into it. Lets hope Halo 3 isn?t the same.

yeah good point, i say more info on halo. remember the game title here ppl, its HALO not WHAT THE COVENANT TALK ABOUT IN THEIR SPARE TIME. they really messed up with halo 2, even though it is a great game.
one more question, does anyone know what this song in halo2 is called. its the one on one of the last levels where you have to find the marines. the part where cortana says i think you should sit this one out. its a real cool rock song and i wanna download it, heres a song list, just whick one is it--
