i just finish downloading a avi file using bittorrent. i am using azureus and during downloading, it asked for the best matching encoding. i dont know what it is and so i chose windows-1252

now i cannot play the movie. i tried many players and the file was not recognized as an avi or mpeg4 file. only videolan can play it. i have many codecs installed including xvid and divx pro.

anyone know the problem? thanks!
