Hey! I just got signed up with this afterdawn site thing, and all the info here looks great! Im looking to buy a dvd burner and stuff too really soon, but just wanna find out first if the burnt copy of the dvd can support dolby digital. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you! ttyl!

They can even have DTS. I have a surround sound system and if the move has a DTS soundtrack I usually burn it with that alone. Even when you compress a movie, the soundtrack can not be compressed. Keep this in mind when you come across a movie with a lot of soundtracks. Since DTS is close to double the size of Dolby digital, it may mean more compresion.
