Hi,

When I run my AVI files through TMPGEnc to convert to mpeg, I get two files, one M2V file and a corresponding Wave file. However upon playing the wave file the sound is all distorted as if its an Oger thats speaking rather than a human! Is there a reason for this and a way of overcoming it? It doesn't happen every time, but after waiting for 1 and a half hours its a bit annoying.

Cheers,

P

Hi there,

Are you trying to convert an .AVI to play in your DVD Player ?

If yes, you might want to try VSO DivXtoDVD

http://www.vso-software.fr/

It will convert from .AVI to DVD (VIDEO_TS) in 1 step.

Just burn a pop some popcorn, cause the show is about to start :)
