Mortal Combat Deception probelms (not working with swap Magic v3.3)

I backed up Mortal Combat Deception as an ISO using DVD Decrypter. My PC sees the files on the disk, but when I incert them using the swap method, It says "Not a valid PS2 disc". I am writing at 1x, and using FugiFilm DVD "-" R disks. I have used 3 different disks trying to get it to work. I told it to verify the disk after burn, and I get a disk read error 50% through.

What could be the problem?

if it says disk read error is 50% then more than likely it will not work. Does it say write is"successful" after it finishes burning?

I got it to work. It still got a disk read error when verifing, but it work fine. Thanks for the reply BTW.

I got resident evil out break to work... some sound problem but works.

I have it backed up.
Used DVD Decrypter at 2x.
On Fuji-"YUDEN"-manufatured +r media.
Backed-up first time no problems

If ever you cant get a backup to boot, first try some TDK disks. Personally, ive never had a TDK disk not work first time.
