Read Errors when Iso-ing Katamari Damacy NTSC

Using both dvd decrypter and alcohol 120% i encounter numerous read errors when trying to make an image of this game from the original game. I have tried mutiple dvd-roms and have obtained the same result. The read errors occur after 99%.

does anyone else have this problem? what can i do about it? if i burn the iso that was created after ignoring the read errors will it work?
