Hi everyone
I'm out of ideas here. I am just trying to convert a small video to the right aspect ratio, and the output file is giving me pixellations-- in the same places each time. It only gives me pixels if i have my project properties in Best or Good. If i output in Draft or Preview, there are no pixels!!
My original mpeg is in 480x480, 23fps, progressive and mpeg-2. What I want to output in is the standard selection "NTSC Square Pixel (640x480, 29.970 fps)". Has anyone found this problem with their Vegas 4?
