Use DVD decrytor at lowest speed with good media. I used Memorex DVD+R. Worked fine for me.

Read speed is adjusted in the Settings menu. Click Tools, then Settings. Click the Device tab and you can change it there.

"Use DVD decrytor at lowest speed with good media. I used Memorex DVD+R. Worked fine for me."

Now there is a contradiction.

hmmm...no coasters due to memorex being crappy. My coasters are because ceratin game had to be rebuilt. Once I did that Ive had no problems...Ive even backed up dual layer discs on a mere 4.7 GB memorex cd. So sh*t on em if you want to but they work for me.

I totally agree with epepper9...I have been evangelizing fast dvd copy 3.3 to any one who has a mac. 1-click + any brand dvd-r = 100% success in under 10 minutes.
