Hi,

Im new to this - however when I copy a DVD using DVD Shrink and burn to DVD using Nero when I playback with my PC the quality is great but when played with my stand alone DVD player the picture freezes and appears as if scratched! although the media is fine.
I am using TDK media - Optorite DD0405 burner - I have loaded the latest Fimware

Someone please Help Me!

Leony...

This question has been asked and answered many hundreds of times - try the search button at top of page for some answers e.g., input freezing or skipping.

Problem invariably due to:
1. Poor quality media - Ritek, Verbatim or TY's suggested.
2. Burning too fast (max 4X suggested).
3. The use of labels on burnt DVD's.
4. Media incompatible with standalone player.
