My Mac is burning but not playing

I have followed the ripping/comprssing/burning guide to the letter and all the dvd+r ive burned are not working.

I have Mac G4 with OSX 10.2.8, Toast Titanium, MacTheRipper, DVD2oneX, a pioneer dvr-108 drive. I have ripped the movie with MTR, Compressed it with DVD2oneX and saved it. I can play the Video_TS Folder from DVD Player, but when I burn using toast, the disk is not recognized and will not play, I cant even access the files on it.

Doese anyone have any advise?
