Im have a DVD9 image that is 5300mb and I bought DVD-DL discs that were 30 bucks for 3 of em and i wanted to know do i have to burn these images to a double layer dvd or is there an alternitave or a way to record it to a regulat 4.7gb dvd+r?

first of all.. find out rather your dvd burner support dl, cuz not all of the dvd burner support that.

and yes u will need a dl disc to burn an image >4.5gb.. unless u rip it down

there are plenty of threads teach u how to rip an dvd9 down.. search!!

There has been a running GT4 thread (DVD9 image 5.7gig) which is fairly thorough in its discussion of DVD9, DVD+R DL and compatibility if u have the patience to read through it now.... :D
