im trying to back up my ps2 game and the computer dvd recording drive won't pick up my disk. its a ritek 8x white injet or white top. but it works with the ritek 4x silver top and im out of those. can some one help.
and yes they are the branded riteks.

I'll tell you ive had problems with white printable tops in almost all brands but the silver tops ive yet to have any problem. I've also had problems with verbatim and TY disks with the white tops but never the silver.

The white inkjet printable disk is not the problem these are the newest manufactured disk's out there. You probably need to update your firmware for your DVD Writer so it can read the newest media.
