Need help to get in touch with NERO !

Ordered Nero 6.6 on 01-07-05 as of today still hav'nt
recieved Serial License. After two days tried there
sales links for the U.S. site is down (404 error both
in ie and Netscape) tried tech support automated;..
they charged another 70.00 dollars for a tech/time
slot stating the call charge will be for assistance
covering a 55 minute help session , but no charges
will be forwarded while your on hold, waited 2-3 minutes and hung up. I've sent them e-mails at techsupport@nero.com, and today 01-12-05... still no response.



Any help anyone can give will be greatly appreciated
