Quick DNAS Question

Made many successful backups before, but never patched the dnas. Got the guide from ps2info and got all the programs. Just a quick query that isn't answered in the guide. When I open the image in ISOBuster and expand it, it has 2 sections. One called iso and one called udf. They appear to be identical. Question is, do I just patch the files in the iso section, or do I do both? Becasue it says I need to register to do the udf section.

use image patchet 1.6 is much easier, since u dont have to use iso buster to patch the id. ALl u have to patch is the single only .iso file.
