I was wandering if anyone knows any newsgroup severs that are free. I am subcribing to one now that costs 10 bucks for 25 gigs. I have heard that there are good servers for free, but I'm not sure were to even start. If anyone knows anything, or could help me get started that would be great.

Your ISP should have a free one. There should be info about it somewhere on your homepage. Mine is news. <MYISP>.com. The program I use is Xnews, it's free and works fine.

Yeah, but I have mediacom online. The newsgroups suck. I heard verison has pretty good ones. Does anyone know of a way to get onto verisons...or and other server?
